Exchanges
Finding your ideal fit matters. Please read our Size Guide page on how to properly fit and adjust your bra before you exchange your size. If you’re not sure, please contact us and we will happily help you.
If your size is not correct the first time, we will send you a new size and cover the postage back to you.
Customers are responsible for return postage of the original bra.
Our pieces are produced in small batches and exchange processing times may vary depending on size availability. Some sizes may need to be ordered and made in our monthly production order. Please see our Delivery page for estimated delivery times.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

Returned with original tags attached
For hygiene reasons, exchanged items must be in original condition.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by contacting:

*Please include your full name and order number in your request.
Any exchanges beyond your first complimentary size exchange will incur standard shipping costs.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items returned in original condition.
To qualify for a refund, items must be:

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
We do not offer replacements unless an item is faulty or damaged.
Manufacturing & Repairs
Full Bloom Lingerie is committed to considered craftsmanship and longevity.
If you experience a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase, please contact us via email. Where possible, we will prioritise repair in line with our commitment to responsible production, provided garment care instructions have been followed.
Policy Updates
As our brand evolves, Full Bloom Lingerie reserves the right to update shipping, processing, and returns policies at any time.
